Just made this “meat”loaf! IT IS SO GOOD!
Notes: I used whole wheat crackers and a frozen mix of edamame, corn, peas, and green beans. Also, it was mushy, so I cooked it for an additional 20 minutes at 450 degrees and it seemed to hold together much better.
I will definitely be making this again. Prep took like 5 minutes, maybe. Seriously. It was so easy. The Vegan Stoner is my new favorite blog for recipes.
