Well in this last picture: unitard from American Apparel, skirt from Kohl’s (it’s a part the J. Lo collection there, I just got it), belt from Forever 21, shoes from Nordstrom Rack (brand is Charles by Charles David.)
My favorite places to shop are Nordstrom Rack and Neiman Marcus Last Call. Gotta love the sales! Lately, I’ve been digging Kohl’s (especially the Lauren Conrad stuff). Forever 21 is always a good choice for cheap stuff. I absolutely love smaller boutiques (you just have to find the ones you like in your town…it took awhile to find good ones that weren’t crazy expensive here!)
My favorite brands are Alice+Olivia, Free People, Sam Edleman, and Paige Denim.

The scale hasn’t shown it, but ever since starting back up again I feel thinner. And better.

Today’s smoothie: protein powder, coconut milk, banana, 3 strawberries, 5ish blueberries, 4ish blackberries. All the fruit was frozen but I added 3-4 ice cubes too. Yummy!
I got a new protein powder: Garden of Life Raw Protein. It’s okay, but 1 scoop has 17g and only 80 cals!!

Went to the bank and library, now going to go by Petsmart and hierbería, then go home to finish decorating it (we painted the other walls yesterday) and clean the kitchen.
THEN a jog with the pup. Oy what a day!

As promised, my recipe! Adapted from Appetite for Reduction by Moskowitz
Whole wheat lasagna noodles, cooked
Veggie layer-cooked zucchini with fresh spinach
“Ricotta” layer-1 lb extra firm tofu, juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, salt and pepper
Marinara-28 oz can crushed tomato, add Italian spices (basil, oregano, red pepper, garlic, etc) and cook on low for awhileLayer in order: sauce, noodles, veggies, ricotta and repeat 2-3 times. Top with black olives.
Cook on 350 for 40 minutes!
About 300 cals for 1/8 of the recipe. Very easy to alter!

My sister’s lifelong best friend got married yesterday (my sister was a bridesmaid) so my bffl and I went to her wedding. Here’s my outfit, hair, and makeup! Was pretty proud of myself…most days I wear mascara, jean shorts, and a tank top lol.
